We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations will forfeit the booking deposit.
No, we require a fresh canvas to guarantee our quality. Please book a removal if you currently have product on.
Please arrive with bare nails unless you have booked a removal. Avoid using hand creams or oils on the day of your appointment.
There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled or modified to a basic service.
Due to the size of the studio and hazardous chemicals, plus ones, children, and pets are not permitted.
Apply cuticle oil twice daily. Do not use your nails as tools (opening cans, boxes). Wear gloves when cleaning.
Please arrive with completely bare nails. If you have existing product, you must add a "Removal" to your service at the time of booking. Do not apply lotion or oils beforehand.
We do not offer refunds on completed services. If there is an issue with retention (lifting/chipping) within the first 72 hours, please contact us for a complimentary fix.
